Placing Your Order
Ordering your custom medals is a breeze. Simply follow these straightforward steps:

Upload Your Logo and Instructions: Once you've decided on the design, upload your logo and any specific instructions you have in mind. Our design team will use this as a foundation to create your medal.

Design Proof Within 72 Hours: After you've placed your order, our design team will get to work. Within 2 working day, you'll receive a design proof via email. This is your chance to see the design and make any necessary changes. If you need a rush job email us and we will help you.

Your Approval Matters: We believe in your satisfaction. We won't rush into production until you're 100% satisfied with the design. Feel free to approve the design or request modifications.

Understanding Lead Time
Time is of the essence, and we value your deadlines. Here's what you need to know about lead time:

Standard Lead Time: Our standard lead time from product to delivery is just 35- 50 days from the moment you approve the artwork. This means your custom medals will be in your hands promptly.

Express Services: Need your medals even faster? While our standard lead time is efficient, we also offer express services for those who require delivery within a certain time period. If this is your preference, please contact us before placing your order and we will give you an honest answer if we can deliver on time.

Custom Medal Design: We'll craft a unique medal design with full-color printing on the front to bring your vision to life. If you want rear sided please add this in your instructions, on our quick quote page.

Plain Colored Ribbon: You have the flexibility to choose a plain colored ribbon that perfectly complements your design.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: Each wooden medal is packaged in an eco-friendly paper envelope, demonstrating our commitment to a sustainable approach.

Shipping: For orders exceeding £100.00, we offer complimentary shipping, so you can save on delivery costs.

Printed Ribbons
For those looking to add an extra touch of personalisation, we offer printed ribbons as an option. This feature is available for orders of 100 medals or more. If you order 100 or more medals, you can choose to include a printed ribbon please include in your design or instructions.

Rear Printing: Looking for additional space to convey your message? You can opt for rear printing, which allows you to include information on the back of the medal. If the rear print also requires individual personalisation, you can choose both rear print and personalisation options.
